For our Research & Insights team in Berlin we are recruiting, initially limited to 24 months, a:

Content Analyst TV & Digital (f/m)

In this role you analyse TV and Online performance in all aspects and based on these insights advice on where to adjust the TV schedules, online video roll-out plans or online user guidance. Based on your knowledge and experience, you predict the development of the VIMN platforms and the market

Just the right job for you:

  • Provide research-based analysis, insight and information aimed at supporting the Programming department, marketing team, and management for all platforms
  • Estimate KPIs on all programming on-air, websites, apps and potential acquisitions
  • Maintain and further develop tracking reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Create presentations and present data and findings on a regular basis and support higher management in the creation of performance based presentations
  • Identify reasons behind over- and/or underperformance of our platforms and formulate learnings and actions steps out of these insights
  • Track competitive network and program performance
  • Work in our fun and motivated research team responsible for both content analysis and primary research across Germany, Austria and Switzerland

That‘s why we want you:

  • Previous work experience in TV content analysis and/or digital analytics
  • Knowledge in TV and Online performance tools (TV Scope, AdvantEdge, Adobe Analytics etc.)
  • Strong analytic mind set with capability to put theoretical results into practical action and communicate this in a convincing manner
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in media, economics, business administration with major on analysis
  • Written and spoken fluency in German and English
