For the Global Content Services team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, we are looking for a:

Language Coordinator

As a Language Coordinator, you will be responsible for the processing of Access Services captioning files as well as the financial administration of various channels’ language orders. This divides your time between operations and financial/administrative. You will also be involved in various long term and short term projects regarding languaging.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate, in collaboration with the Brands and Content Operations, required localization, such as subtitling and dubbing;

  • Order documents and communicating the various aspects of the financial process of the localization procedure;

  • Collaborate constructively with peers from other IMM and/or VIMN teams;

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation;

    Comes up with original, creative ideas and solutions and works pro-actively to improve processes;

  • Provide operational support to team/department projects;

  • Serve as an expert on subtitling files and fixing issues surrounding captioning files.


This is why we want you:

  • An Associate level degree is preferred;
  • 1 - 2 years working experience in a media environment;
  • Effective communication in English and at least one other language;
  • Diligent and dedicated problem solving skills.
